Delivery Locations

We proudly offer delivery across India, including even the most remote areas. While we don’t yet ship internationally, we’re actively working on expanding our delivery network to serve customers globally in the future.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Once you place your order, we get to work processing it as quickly as possible—usually within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated delivery date. Typically, delivery takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

What Happens If Delivery Fails?

If delivery doesn’t go through due to reasons like incorrect addresses, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner will make two additional attempts. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. You can request a re-delivery, though additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage for quicker assistance. In case your order is lost during transit, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund, depending on the situation.

Special Delivery Notes

Some items, like oversized accessories or fragile products, may require special delivery arrangements. If this applies to your order, we’ll make sure to highlight these details on the product page so you can plan accordingly before completing your purchase.
